LITTLE ROCK LAKE WATER LEVEL (posted 5/1/09)
Water level at the Little Rock Creek bridge is 74.5". For the north end residents, this is a very comfortable lake level. I would consider this to be the desired lake level all year. For the past several years the lake has been low. We will see where this goes. I will take measurements on the 1st and 15th of each month unless rainfall causes a danger of flooding. This measurement is taken from the water level to the bridge deck. The lower the number, the higher the lake level.
On 25 March the bridge measurement was 50.0", the peak of the mini-flood. 24.5" from where we are at now.
